You can Ritual Summon this card with “Karma Manifestation”. For this card’s Ritual Summon, you must use at least 3 monsters on your field as Tributes, including 1 “Ritual Dragon” monster. Cannot be targeted by your opponent’s card effects. If this card battles an opponent’s monster while your LP are lower than your opponent’s, it gains ATK equal to the difference during the Damage Step only. Once per turn, if your opponent controls more cards than you: You can destroy cards your opponent controls so they control the same number of cards as you do. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this effect. If this card on the field is destroyed: You can Special Summon 1 “Ritual Dragon” monster from your GY or among your banished cards ignoring its Summoning conditions, except “Swaying Karma Ritual Dragon”, then gain LP equal to its ATK.

Japanese: 「宿縁の症状」により降臨。自分フィールドの「リチューアル・ドラゴン」モンスター１体を含む、自分フィールドのモンスター３体以上を使用した儀式召喚でしか特殊召喚できない。①：このカードは相手の効果の対象にもならない。②：自分のＬＰが相手より少ない場合、このカードがモンスターと戦闘を行うダメージステップの間、このカードの攻撃力はＬＰの差の数値分アップする。③：１ターンに１度、相手フィールドのカードの数が自分フィールドのカードより多い場合に発動できる。自分フィールドのカードの数と同じになるように、相手フィールドのカードを選んで破壊する。この効果の発動に対して効果は発動できない。④：フィールドのこのカードが破壊された場合に発動できる。自分の墓地または自分の除外されたカードの中から、「覇王命竜スウェーイング・カルマ・リチューアル・ドラゴン」以外の「リチューアル・ドラゴン」モンスター１体を選んで召喚条件を無視して特殊召喚する。その後、そのモンスターの元々の攻撃力分だけ自分のＬＰを回復する。
