English: You can Ritual Summon this card with “Karma Manifestation”. Must be Ritual Summoned using a “Ritual Dragon” monster on the field as 1 of the Tributes. Once per turn: You can destroy all other Level 5 or higher monsters on the field, then inflict 400 damage to your opponent for each of their destroyed monsters. If this Ritual Summoned card is destroyed: You can banish this card from your GY; destroy all cards on the field, then you can Special Summon 1 of the monsters used as material for this card’s Ritual Summon from your GY, but its effects are negated. You can only use this effect of “Disaster Karma Ritual Dragon” once per turn.

Japanese: 「宿縁の症状」により降臨。自分フィールドの「リチューアル・ドラゴン」モンスターを使用した儀式召喚でしか特殊召喚できず、このカード名の②の効果は１ターンに１度しか使用できない。①：１ターンに１度、発動できる。フィールドの他のレベル５以上のモンスターを全て破壊する。その後、破壊した相手フィールドのカードの数×４００ダメージを相手に与える。②：儀式召喚したこのカードが戦闘・効果で破壊された場合に、墓地のこのカードを除外して発動できる。フィールドのカードを全て破壊する。その後、自分の墓地の、このカードの儀式召喚の素材としたモンスター１体を特殊召喚できる。この効果で特殊召喚したモンスターの効果は無効化される。
