Pendulum Effect: If you would take effect damage, you can reduce the damage to 0, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the damage you would have taken. You can banish 1 DARK Dragon monster and 1 Pendulum Monster on the field; Special Summon this card from your Pendulum Zone. You can only use each effect of “Dreadful Toxin Dragon” once per turn.
Monster Effect: “Starving Venemy Dragon” + 1 DARK Pendulum Monster
Must first be either Fusion Summoned, or Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by Tributing the above cards you control (in which case you do not use “Polymerization”). Once per turn, during the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can place 1 Toxin Counter on each Special Summoned monster your opponent controls. (Monsters with a Toxin Counter lose 500 ATK for each Toxic Counter on them, also their effects are negated. If a monster with a Toxin Counter(s) is destroyed, inflict 300 damage to its previous controller for each Toxin Counter it had.) If this card in the Monster Zone is destroyed: Destroy all monsters with Toxin Counters on the field, then you can place this card in your Pendulum Zone.

このカードは融合召喚及び以下の方法でのみＥＸデッキから特殊召喚できる。●自分フィールドの上記カードをリリースした場合にＥＸデッキから特殊召喚できる（「融合」は必要としない）。①：１ターンに１度、自分・相手のメインフェイズに発動できる。相手フィールドの全ての表側表示特殊召喚されたモンスターにトキシンカウンターを１つずつ置く。トキシンカウンターが置かれたモンスターの攻撃力はトキシンカウンターの数×５００ダウンし、効果は無効化され、そのモンスターが破壊された時にそのカードのトキシンカウンターの数×３００ダメージをそのコントローラーに与える。②：モンスターゾーンのこのカードが破壊された場合に発動できる。トキシンカウンターが乗ったモンスターを全て破壊する。その後、このカードを自分のＰゾーンに置く事ができる。
